Ok heres how to make an image header. Pretty easy.
First you click on design.
Then click on “custom image header)
Then it should look a bit like this

To upload a picture just click choose file. It has to be a JPEG or JPG and maybe you can even use a PNG image I never tried it.
Now choose a file.
After you choose a file click upload.
Then crop it
Then click crop header
and it should look something like this
This will only work with some of the themes. If your looking for a theme with an image header look at the tags section and if it says custom header then its a image header one.
